2010 REGISTRATION

Registrations will be held on the following dates

A certified copy of the participant's birth certificate must be presented for NEW participants.

Football players should be present for sizing.

PPW Football, Cheer and Dance

is open to boys and girls 5-15 (as of July 31st).

Weight limit for players is 35-160 lbs

Fees are $70 per family (due at registration) &

$100 for each child (due by June 19th).

Raffle tickets are available to help offset the family fee.

Football players will each receive a new jersey

which they keep at a cost $50.

Registration will be complete once all fees, forms, physicals, birth certificates (new

participants) and full year report cards (2009/2010) are turned in. The deadline is

June 19th, 2010.
